All calls must take place within 60 days of purchase. If you cannot find a suitable time within 60 days of purchase please contact our office. Once your call is booked, you may reschedule your call up to 24 hours prior to your reserved time. Changes to scheduling will not be accepted after 24 hours prior to your reserved time. You may reschedule your call once within the 60 days after purchase. If the call is cancelled and not rescheduled within 60 days of purchase the call will be considered forfeited. If you do not show up for your call at your scheduled time the call will be considered forfeited. There are no cancellations and no refunds. Missed, forfeited or cancelled calls will not be refunded.
