This Lawrence Park home has a beautiful layout but was feeling tired and dated when our clients purchased it. They had been living in Vancouver and had abandoned the construction of their dream home when they decided to move to move across the country and settle in Toronto. Our goal was to create a home that would make them feel welcomed and comfortable in their new city. With three small children it needed to be kid-friendly, but it also needed to be sophisticated and luxurious - appropriate for everything from birthday parties to entertaining high-profile guests and clients. We achieved this by incorporating gorgeous textures, subtle colours, kid-friendly fabrics, and a careful mix of new and vintage pieces.
